AI resilience is the ability to sustain critical services when AI is unavailable, unreliable, compromised, or acting beyond its intended authority. Drawing on lessons from GRF’s AI disruption and Agentic Attack exercises, this session will examine practical measures of readiness, including dependency visibility, degraded operations, recovery criteria, agent controls, and vendor coordination. It will show why cyber resilience must be tested collectively, and why organizations should exercise with their critical vendors and suppliers before an incident.
